Mental Advocate (“we”) operates the Relationship Pattern Assessment at mentaladvocate.org. This tool provides informational self-reflection content. It is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice or diagnoses.
What this site collects
The assessment does not require your name, phone number, street address, date of birth, or email address. You can view your results without creating an account.
Quiz answers are kept in your browser’s memory for the current session only. They are not written to cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, or Mental Advocate servers by this application.
Campaign parameters
If you arrive from an advertisement, the page may read selected query parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and approved click identifiers. Those values are treated as untrusted text and are used only to attribute the visit. They are not injected into the page as HTML.
Analytics and advertising
A product analytics layer records events such as page view, quiz start, step views, completion, result view, and resource clicks. In development, these events are logged in the browser console.
A Meta Pixel may load and receive limited events, including PageView and a conversion event when the assessment is completed. Google Analytics (GA4) may load and receive page views and the same product events. Raw quiz answers are not sent to advertising platforms.
If a traffic tracker such as ClickFlare or Voluum is later configured, it may receive campaign or click identifiers and conversion signals. Server-side conversion APIs are not implemented in this version.
Search / resource feed
After you complete the assessment and view a contextual result, the site may request related search or resource results from an approved provider. In development, only clearly labeled placeholder links are shown. When a production provider is connected, that provider may receive a target search keyword derived from your responses, not a full transcript of your answers. Provider data practices are governed by that provider’s own policy.
Cookies
This application does not set first-party cookies to store assessment answers. Third-party scripts (for example, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) may set their own cookies according to their policies.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
